The policy can provide cover for:
- Property Damage All Risks
- Covers buildings, contents, stock in trade, rent and other specified property on an all risks basis.
- Business Interruption All Risks
- Covers loss caused by interruption to business following damage or loss to the insured property under the Property Damage All Risks section.
- Specified Business Equipment All Risks
- All risks cover for goods and business equipment specified by the insured.
- Money and Personal Accident, Assault
- Loss of money up to specified limits, including cost of repair/replacement of safes and tills due to theft. Compensation for personal injury due to assault in the course of business duty including medical expenses.
- Goods in Transit
- Covers loss or damage to specified goods while in transit.
- Terrorism
- Covers damage caused by acts of terrorism to insured property under Sections 1-3 where applicable.
- Employers' Liability
- Covers the insured against legal liability for damages and claimant's costs for injury sustained by any employed person while at work.
- Public Liability
- Covers the insured against legal liability for damages and costs in respect of accidental injury to any person, damage to property, or nuisance.
With repect to business activities:
- Products Liability
- Covers the insured against legal liability for damages and costs in respect of accidental injury to any person and accidental damage to property caused by any product.
- Legal Expenses
- Covers the insured for legal costs up to £50,000 as a result of employment/property disputes, health and safety matters, criminal prosecutions, data/tax protection, or personal injury claims.
