Our panel of five Law Society approved insurers allow us to obtain the most competitive terms for both mainstream firms and those that specialise in specific areas such as intellectual property.
In addition, we can cater for any size of firm including those that have had difficulty in obtaining cover elsewhere due to a poor claims history, or involvement with the Assigned Risk Pool.
The 2011 season
Last year premium rates fluctuated greatly following the entry to the market of new insurers (e.g. Hanover Re, XL Capital and Lemma). Given the withdrawal of two of the larger insurers and the potential entry of two new players, we expect more of the same this year.
Our panel of SRA qualified insurers will begin considering submissions on 1st August. To obtain an early indication of terms simply forward a copy of your 2011 completed renewal proposal form to us.
